Happy Easter everyone.
I spent the week over Easter with a friend here in Baden while my family was on holiday. I had a really good time with them, we spent some time in Vienna and had a few bike rides through the forest near the house.
I have only a few days left with my first host family nw. They have been great ad I will definitely miss them. This month, they have taken me to some wonderful places. The first trip was to Steiermark, another area of Austria, where I saw a giant handmade of rock and I met my host mother’s Mother. My favourite part of the trip was seeing the Schiffsuller (I really don’t think I spelled this right). It was an old water mill, one like a boat with a huge wheel in the middle, not like one of the ones with the mill on land and just the wheel in the water. It was really cool. The other trip was to the Riegersburg which is also in Steiermark . The Riegersburg is an old castle on the top of a hill. We went there to see a bird show which was amazing. The trainers had the birds fling back and forth just over top of us while they talked about them.
School this month has been, well, school . My favourite part is definitely the breaks between classes and lunch break. My classmates are really nice, last weekend, we all went out and I had a great time with them. Yesterday, was Mother’s day which I spent with my host sister and her father. They had some guests and I spent my time with my host sister and her friend catching frogs in the pond and playing Singstar. This Wednesday, I will be goig on Eurotour, which I am really excited about
Bis Spater
